□酸っぱいものを食べたり、飲んだりしたら、30分は歯磨きを控える
□クチが渇いているときは、酸性の飲み物は避ける(スポーツ飲料などを頻繁に飲むならストローを使う)
□酸性の飲食物を口にした後は、すぐに水やお茶を飲む
□赤ちゃんに哺乳瓶でジュースを飲む習慣をつけない
□歯磨きには、低研磨性のフッ素入り歯磨き剤を使うのがいい
□フッ素配合ガムを噛む
