分かりやすくする４つの最適化ルール

１．一つの文が伝える情報量を減らす
（そのために）
（１）不必要な情報を削る
（２）文章を二つ以上に分割する
２．文章の主題となる部分を前に出す
３．語と語の修飾関係を明確にする
（そのために）
（１）語順を変える
（１－ａ）長い修飾語は前に，短い修飾語は後に
（１－ｂ）意図せぬ修飾関係が生まれないように配列する
（２）句点をうって区切る
（２－ａ）短い修飾語を先にする場合は，その直後に句点をうつ
（２－ｂ）長い修飾語の後に，長めの表現が続くときは，長めの表現の直後に句点をうつ
（２－ｃ）修飾関係を切りたいときにも，句点をうつ
４．漢字とかなを組み合わせて，漢字やかなの連続を避ける

　まず文に含まれる情報を減らし（１．），
　それでも分かりにくければ情報を与える順番を変え（２．），
　それでも分かりにくければ修飾関係が明確にする処置を行い（３．），
　それでも分かりにくければ，言葉のまとまりを修正する（４．）。
